New York Subliners’ professional Call of Duty player Dillon ‘Attach’ Price has released a video explaining the best pro player settings in Modern Warfare, ahead of the Call of Duty League’s inaugural season.
When a new Call of Duty title releases each year, it’s not easy to know the best settings, competitive classes or ways to play straight away.
Luckily for us, there are a number of players who go out of their way to provide instructional or helpful videos around everything Call of Duty, and this one from former FaZe Clan player Attach could be great for players looking to get any possible edge on their opponents.

Audio Settings
The video, published on January 2, goes through the best audio and monitor settings to optimize your gameplay. First, though, he expresses the importance of turning field grain down and urges players to turn off both world and weapon motion blur, stating that it needs to be done.
Moving on to audio, one of the main focuses of this video, Attach has his setup as follows:
- Audio Mix: Boost High
- Master Volume: 80
- Music Volume: 0
- Dialogue Volume: 100
- Effects Volume: 100
- Juggernaut Music: Enabled
- Hit Marker Sound Effects: MW
Attach then moves on to his Astro Gaming mixamp, showing that he usually keeps his volume at around 70% but has it weighted more towards voice than game sound.

Monitor Settings
Attach also expresses the importance of using the right monitor settings, which makes perfect sense: after all, if you can’t see what’s happening in front of you, you’re at a serious disadvantage.
His settings are as follows:
- Game Visual: FPS Mode
- Brightness: 100
- Contrast: 80
- Saturation: 50
- Sharpness: 100
- Trace Free: 80
- Volume: 0
Attach then leaves the rest of his settings as they are, finding his optimal visual settings and the ones he says he uses at LAN tournaments.

Attach doesn’t specify which monitor he uses so some settings may be different between his and other players but at the very least, you could use this as a rough guideline.
The former FaZe Clan member and world champion will be looking to return to glory this coming season, and these settings may be just what’s needed to bridge the gap between him and aspiring pro players.
