Battlefield 2042 has gone from hyping players with its first trailer to crumbling into irrelevance. But how many people are still playing Battlefield 2042 in September 2024?
Invisibility glitches, sky swimming, and overpowered Hovercrafts are some of the many reasons that Battlefield 2042 had a less-than-ideal launch. That problematic launch contributed considerably to the game’s player base, with many looking to Battlefield V, or even Call of Duty to get their FPS fix.
We’ve sifted through the data to try and see just how many people are playing Battlefield 2042 in August 2024. Not only that, but we’ll line these numbers up against some recent Battlefield games too.
Updated September 2, 2024, with updated player count information.
