Apex Legends is still one of the most popular battle royale games in the world, but how many people still play Apex in 2023? Now available on almost every platform as well as having cross-play, the player base continues to grow.
Despite Respawn’s timid expectations, the Apex Legends player count hit 1 million within the first 24 hours of release back on February 4, 2019. By the end of the first week, it had reached 25 million players, and then 50 million in the first month.
Respawn’s battle royale was released without any previous marketing, and rapidly became one of the core games in the genre.
But, four years on, how many people play Apex Legends now?
